The Municipality of Ulcinj as a beneficiary (Project Partner no. 12) in the project „Integrated and decentralised concept rethinking energy and transport systems based on renewable energy in the Danube region - DANUBE INDEET“, funded under the INTERREG DANUBE REGION PROGRAMME 2024-2026”, invites interested candidates to apply for the following position:

 

 Assistant Project Manager for the DANUBE INDEET PROJECT

Requirements and qualifications: 

● University degree in economics, business management, hospitality and tourism management or similar;
● Professional fluency in English and Montenegrin language, both oral and written;
● Advanced computer literacy;
● Communication skills. 
● Knowledge of EU policies, Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance and European Territorial Cooperation (ETC), will be considered as advantage; 
● Knowledge of PRAG rules will be considered as advantage.
● Professional fluency in Albanian language, both oral and written, will be considered as advantage.

Terms of Reference -Assistant Project Manager for the DANUBE INDEET PROJECT

Position: Assistant Project Manager for the DANUBE INDEET PROJECT.

Location: Municipality of Ulcinj, Ulcinj

Duration of assignment: 12 months (with possibility of extension up to 30 months)

 

Overall objective

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the overall completion of the DANUBE INDEET project for the Municipality of Ulcinj, in line with the approved Application Form, Subsidy Contract, Partners Agreement and INTERREG DANUBE REGION PROGRAMME 2024-2026 rules.

 

Selected Project Manager will perform following duties:

• Provide technical assistance to the Project Manager and Project Team;
• Generate project reports, covering both content and financial aspects;
• Offer technical and administrative support, including the preparation of meeting minutes and conclusions;
• Coordinate the organization of travels and events related to the project;
• Assist in procurement procedures to ensure the project's resource needs are met.
• Monitor the implementation of the project, ensuring it aligns with established goals.
• Support activities related to the Project's Working Packages.
• Participate in the preparation of reports detailing the progress of project implementation.
• Collaborate with project partners to facilitate the successful execution of the Danube Indeet project.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors to contribute to the overall success of the project.
