Notice on the intention of the Municipality of Ulcinj to conduct market research for the purpose of announcing an international tender for additional works currently underway within its territory

“All interested Contractors are informed that the Municipality of Ulcinj plans to, in cooperation with: the Project-Executing Agency (PEA) for the Program "Water Supply and Sanitation Adriatic Coast" - "Vodacom" doo- Tivat and KfW bank (Germany), publish announcement for public procurement: the execution of works on water infrastructure in the Municipality of Ulcinj (Montenegro- Europe).

The Announcement will be published on the GTAI (Germany Trade and Invest) website prepared and implemented in accordance with the public procurement guidelines of KfW Bank. The public procurement envisages the following works: installation of over 20 km of pipelines in the wider city center (PEHD and ductile pipes of various diameters from DN63 to DN500), rehabilitation of a water pump station with a capacity of 120 l/s and installation of measuring equipment at several locations. The project implementation period is a maximum of 365 days + 365-day period for the detection and elimination of defects (DNP).

We ask all contractors who are interested in participating in this tender procedure and performing the works and who have all the necessary capacities for the realization of this project to contact us, no later than December 10, 2025.
